There is no place to redeem this card.
Here is what I was told to do by E-mail after much frustration. Since they haven't made it clear, I'm posting to help others experiencing the same difficulty.
Our software provider is still working on the redemption of the cards. In the meantime to redeem your card just choose "pay by check" on our online order form at http://shop.cathe.com . In the Comments box please provide the following info:
#1 Gift Card number (this is a 16 digit number on the front of the card.
#2 If your purchase is more than your gift card please provide us with your credit card#, credit card EXP DATE and 3 digit CV number in the same comments box.
