I've been doing this for years and have tried all kinds of kickboxing videos. This is THE best. Period.

KPC is a cardio workout which is both effective and fun! You'll sweat with this one, and if you enjoy combat moves this is the one for you!

I ordered the DVD on a Friday and I received it on the following Tuesday! The customer service is outstanding! Be prepared to work every muscle in your body. It's a great workout!

love, love, love these two workouts. i must admit that i am not usually a fan of kick boxing. my usual experience was with billy banks and tae bo. not thrilled with billy cueing and the over zealous group behind him. i love that cathe only has two other members of her crew that demonstrate such precise form for each movement. her cueing and introduction to each segment is excellent and the whole time you can feel your core working. the legs and glutes video is such a wonderful follow up workout. after you work your core and your overall body with kick, punch, and crunch, cathe tagets every angle and muscle fiber in your leg. i've noticed leg muscle definition in places i never knew i had. i will warn you legs and glutes is not for the faint of heart and she will work you. you will wonder if you can ever get through it, but when you do and trust me you will the results are amazing!
