This DVD Contains five Workouts that were made from taking various segments from several Body Blast workouts and mixing them in a new and unique way. We’ve also added about 25 minutes of exclusive footage that ws made just for this DVD.
Most of the workouts on this DVD are less than 45 minutes in length. Four of the workouts feature a “timesaver” cardio section followed by a muscle conditioning section emphasizing just one or two muscle groups. The fifth workout is a lower body muscle conditioning workout.
This DVD was patterned after our very popular Cross Train Xpress series DVD and is perfect for people who want an intense workout, but are in a time crunch!

I have probably 100 workout dvds, however, I constantly reach for this workout. The only problem I have with it is which one should I do. My time in the morning is limited, so I usually have time to do 2 of them. They are all great. I don't have a barbell, so just substitute dumbells which works fine.

Great for a busy week! April 3, 2008

I'm fairly new to Cathe's workouts, and have been doing some of the HardCore series over the past couple of weeks.  This week I'm very busy, and this timesaver DVD has been perfect!  I get in some cardio, some weights, and all in under 45 minutes.  Lot of the DVDs have premixes, but this DVD in particular is exactly what I needed for this hectic time.

This DVD can allow you to follow the options to just work out for 45 mins or mix it up and work out for 2 hours.

I love this DVD.  I can mix and match different workouts depending on my mood!  Moderate intensity, doesn't kill you but boy do you feel it!
