Body Max 2 is 97 minutes long and features a warm up, a high intensity solid step segment, a cardio leg blast segment, an all upper body ( moderate to heavy weight) workout, a super tough core segment, and stretch.  This is definitely an "eat your wheaties" workout!  A step, hand weights, weighted barbell, and resistance band will be used in this workout

Body Max 2 Breakdown: Body Max 2 is similar in format to the original Body Max and is an advanced 97 minute total body workout.

I borrowed this from a Friend and loved it so much I didn't really want to give it back...so I bought my own before giving it back...

The step segments are really easy to learn and modify if you don't want to do all the impact.  

I love the music too!

I bought this for myself for Xmas this year I am 38 years old and i am trying to find a good step workout because i love the step workouts and tried it for the first time the week after xmas and boy i haven't did step in a few years.  Boy did i get a good workout. I didn't do the whole 90 minutes just 45minutes and i was drenched with sweat.  I Love this workout and have been doing this for the last 3 weeks off and on with my other workouts that i do. (BIlly Blanks and Janis Saffell).  THis on kicks my butt everytime.  I just ordered another one tonight called high step circuit.  Can't wait to get it.  I feel that i get a really good leg workout with the step.  Thanks cathe i am a permanent customer.  Your workout videos are perfect for me.  keep up the good work and i will too.  Love the website.

I usually try to get 90mins of workout on Mondays to get my week started. OH MY OH MY. I do this video on Mondays- I have done it so far 4 times and I am yet to do the entire thing with stopping. THIS IS THE BEST WORKOUT EVER!  Everything gets worked- the music is awesome. I just love Cathe- It took doing her workout on FitTV once for me to cancel my gym membership (and I love the gym!)

I loved this workout! The leg work after the blasts was tough, and I loved that the upper arm segment was mostly done using the balance ball (it felt like I could relax a bit without needing to balance on shaky legs and could concentrate on my arms). The step choreography was fun and easy to pick up, yet still challenging with some moves I hadn't seen before. I enjoyed the music, too, especially a new version of Jesse's Girl. Don't forget the premixes, which make the workout seem brand new every time. The boot camp premix, which alternates between cardio blasts, heavy weights and legs, upper arms, and abs, makes you feel that you are doing a whole body workout every time. I can't wait to try the other premixes. What a wonderful way to start the day! Thank you, Cathe! I can't believe that I'm enjoying exercise so much. :-)
