All I have to say is WOW! If you want that butt and that gut this is the DVD to purchase. Its excellent quing and Cathe is just the bomb. Thank you Cathe for the great workouts!

I have done this workout so many times since I got it and every single time it still kicks my butt! !! I love it!! Definitely the best butt, leg, and ab workout I've ever done!!

This is my favorite tape of Cathe's so far! I have most of her's and this one really targets the lower body which is what im most concerned with! Get ready for a great workout!!!!!!!! :)

This is No Joke... but I Loved It |

I was afraid to get this video but my behind and abs were only getting worse so I bit the bullet and purchased this video. I am glad I did. I plan to do this video every Sat. morning before 30 min. on the treadmill. Cathe targets the abs and glutes like never before. It's very challenging but doable (stability ball ab exercises can be a bit tricky though but I'm learning to modify). Also, there are some really great premixes that you can use to build upon until you can do the full workout ( or if you're short on time). I purchased my 1st Cathe video 12 years ago and I am amazed how she continues to improve with each new series. God Bless

This workout brings me tears of joy, especially when I'm done. My hind quarters are achieving new hieghts since including this in my rotation. I get sore in the shape of bicycle shorts. Love the ab section with hand and ankle weights. In my dreams Cathe follows with Shoulders & Guts, Back & Guts, etc.
