I have literally been working out since I was 5 when my mom brought home the Jane Fonda workout tape. I'm a workoutaholic and think of myself as being able to push myself beyond beyond the breaking point.
Cathe's butt and guts pushes me wayyyyy beyond my breaking point. It took me several tries before I could finish the video. I still need more breaks than are allotted.
Cathe is hardcore!!!!

I finally bought this DVD because it was a part of a rotation listed on the workout manager... I did it on a sunday and spent monday alternating what check ("you know what cheek I'm talking about") to sit on. By tuesday my hamstring were killing me! I LOVE IT!

This video has an excellent amount of variety. The firewalkers are just amazing. The only big downside is that a large amount of equipment is required. Otherwise, it is just splendid.

GREAT workout

This is such a great workout! I am sore for days even if I don't do the entire workout. It's also great because you can add more weight to a lot of the exercises if they become to easy (I have done the workout numerous times, and I'm still unable to up the weight, but I like that it's an option). It's definetly much more advanced than a lot of the workout videos I've done.

Targets those deep muscles

I found it hard to sit comfortably for 2 days after I did this the first time ;) I mostly do the heavy weights/squats/etc so I was surprised how effectively this targeted those deeper areas. The only downside is that the full workout is so long, I can only fit it into my schedule once a week.
