IMO this is the hardest workout that Cathe has ever made. The warmup is more like a regular workout of hers.
Just when I think I can't go any more, Cathe motivates me right to the finish line!

CHALLENGING & ENJOYABLE |

My core & my total body felt this one & loved it. I was huffing and puffing my first time through, but I knew it was what I needed. I highly recommend the WHOLE cardio series.

TOUGH! But FUN! |

I really liked this workout, but it is TOUGH! I can't believe Cathe can keepo talking through it. Anyhow, it's a great mix of cardio and core work. I wouldn't do it everyday though...

Great Cardio and Core Workout |

Great cardio core workout and then some!! The first time I did this routine I felt out of breath. Doing workout tomorrow morning for the fourth time and I don't feel so breathless, just sweating. I alternate this routine with circuit blast. This is a really great workout to add to my rotation. Thanks Cathe. Five Stars for a job well done!!

I love this workout. It's packed with cardio and even during the cardio, you have to use your core. Then the core exercises are great.
