I ordered this particular dvd because I've done the workout on fittv. It's awesome, and I know the entire dvd will be much more challenging. I am an advanced/intermediate as far as excercising. I run at least 4 miles a day, lift weights and do pilates. I am 23 years old this month and Cathe's workouts are the only ones I do on fittv. They are challenging enough for me because my abs are definitely the strongest part of my body. I cannot wait to receive this video, I love Cathe, and I will write another review as soon as I've tried it!! Cathe's workouts are great for everyone!!!!

I received this dvd this week and I did it twice already... I do the whole 3 segments as my workout for the day and I alternate it (ill do another one to complete 3x/week)... I really like this workout... I still can't do the jack knifes and I can't pull myself up in the warm up (2nd move of first set I think) where you are seated and you lift yourself up.. but the rest of the exercises I have no problem doing it except catching my breath and bite my tongue so not to swear my pain off completing each routine hahaha!.. anyways, I still have my flabby abs but with just two workouts of the wole dvd I am seeing lines in my abs already that I have not seen from working out using other ab dvd!!!! can't wait to have my sexy abs!!!

I do one of the workouts from this DVD at least three times a week. It's killer. I have strong abs and have been doing this DVD for some time now and I still can't do all the moves Cathe and her crew do.

OK, let's face it, goodbye to 200 crunches with a 20lb weight on your abs. This is the most comprehensive, 3 dementional, total core workout. Cathe shows us that the lower back as well as the lower, mid, sides and upper abs are what true core strength is all about. Using a stability ball, see how strong your core really is as you try to match Cathe and her crew with those tough pikes! Never sacrificing perfect form Cathe amazes us with her strength.
