Hardcore Extreme consists of three intense workouts each averaging approximately 70 minutes in length. These workouts are a compilation of the following four DVD workouts from the Hard Core Series: Imax 3, Low Max, Kick Max, and High Step Challenge. Workout #1 combines interval training with circuit training. Workout #2 combines high impact and low impact intervals. Workout #3 combines interval training with high impact conditioning drills as well as leg conditioning drills.

This dvd has much to offer. I really enjoy this dvd. There are 3 compilations of different levels of intensity. They are all challenging and really push you.  I would recommend it to all advanced exercisers for the ultimate Cathe workout experience. Very enjoyable if you really like a good sweat.

Don't be as foolish as I was and attempt this killer combo before being prepared to work hard and move smoothly through these super advanced routines. This is an example of Cathe and SNM's willingness to satiate even the hungriest advanced fitness addict. Here they have taken segments from IMAX3, LOMAX and High Step Challenge masterfully combining them to focus on a specific type work out.
I highly recommend learning the 3 separate DVD's before attempting this, however that's not necessary as I bought this fab DVD first and then couldn't wait to buy the trio separately!
