now, this is the kind of cathe workout that i LOVE! even though i haven't mastered it by any means, it provides a constant cardio challenge, which i love. the music is awesome, too! fun, intense...it just doesn't get any better than this. the premixes are great for those who are crunched for time.

This is always a hard one, no matter how I feel......I've only perfected it once!! A couple of the blast segments are incredibly challenging, and the music is awesome....great work ladies!!

Wow! I just did this DVD for the first time and just did one of the timesavers....it was great! Super intense interval training is right up my alley. I don't love long bouts of cardio, and have always responded best to interval or sprint training.
Particularly given the option of doing a shorter 35-37 minute workout, this will definitely be part of my regular rotation. The more Cathe DVDs I do, the more impressed I am!

I LOVE this workout. I am a beginner to step but have a background in dance, so I figured that I would try it. It has taken me a while to be able to do most of the workout. I just modify (use just step, no risers; or longer marching times) and do as much as I can. Some nights my energy level is just not there, so I do just the intervals and don't use the step, I just do the program on the floor. I am extremely happy with this video and am currently looking in to getting a few more Cathe videos. I am a fan for life!!!

This is an intense cardio workout. It's long, but the time goes by so fast. The music is great!
