Fantastically Hard Core!!! |

I just received my set of all 10 HardCore DVDs in the mail this week. I did MuscleMax for the first time yesterday, and it was great! Since I didn't know the DVD very well, and only had an hour I did the 56 minute time saver pre-mix, and was a bit conservative on the weights I used (all while being extremely impressed at the weight Cathe used!). I'm strong, but my goodness! I can't wait to be as strong as her!
It was great to have do a real weight lifting tape - one that encourages you to lift heavy, and explore your limits. Great classic excercises, and superb instruction. I can't wait to do all the other DVDs!!! I bought the set of 10 based on video clips on the website, and all the great reviews. I love that I finally have the option of working out by lifting heavy at home!
No to finally finish my basement so I can develop my home gym even more! Squat rack here I come!

I bought the Hardcore Series Hardcore Extreme All 10 Hardcore DVDs two years ago. Being 210 pounds and a loyal customer for two years nothing causes greater satisfaction between the image of any business and a customer true experience. I was very hesitant the first five months of buying the dvd's but once I began using the tapes and the weight began droping off, I have not stop using the tapes. I now exercise five days a week with a combination of all my tapes losing 72 pound from a size 18 to a size 4. I would and always recommend your tapes and dvds to my friends and family Thank Cathe, you are an role model to us who has follow our dreams to get to journey. Regards Ms Ross

I got this video after watching cathe on fit TV. She is one hell of a trainer. Sometimes even my husband cant keep up with the kind of weights she is able to pick. But jokes aside It is a video for all levels all you got to do is increase weight as you become more advance. It is a complete weight taining workout. And I just loveeeeeeeee it.

Hey,
I just did this workout for the first time today and I LOVE it!!!. It is now my favorite one. It is heavy and slow. I felt my muscles like never before. The bands add an extra burn to many of the already fatigued muscles. I also love the fact that I had time to get my equipment for the next exercise. I did not feel too rushed between exercises nor did I feel rested so the pacing of the workout is wonderful. I hope Cathe makes many more total body workouts like this one!!!

Muscle Max is a thorough, overall full body workout that uses classic sets to work each muscle group. What's new is the use of the resistance bands to add that "bonus burn" to the end of many of the sets. I still can't complete all the pulses that Cathe and her crew bang out with smiles on their faces while I'm screaming "I can't!". Cathe and her crew appear very cut, defined and stylish which is always motivating.
