great workout to grow with

i did hiit 30/30 for the 1st time today and i loved it! it's short, to the point, and INTENSE. this is definitely a workout to grow with, which i really like. the intensity of 30/30 makes me a little scared of 40/20 and double wave pyramid (since 30/30 is supposed to be the "easiest" of the 3), but i'm looking forward to trying the other workouts. awesome job, cathe and crew!

great short cardio

All 3 of these are tuff, especially 40/20. I love these for a great, quick, but very effective cardio before I start my day.

Challenging!

All the Hiit DVDs are extremely challenging. 40/20 is by far the most difficult. However, tuck jumps into air jacks in 30/30 is no easy feat. I like that they are short in duration. All the Hiit DVDs are different, which adds to the challenge. It gives me time for weight training in the same workout.

I love this DVD. The workouts are tough but concise. Perfect to do before STS or another weight training DVD.
