I love boot camp. It incinerates calories. If you like a challenging, fast-paced, don't know if you can finish it type workout, this is awesome.

This is my ultimate favorite! The one minute intervals were a brilliant idea! This workout goes by so fast! Intense! We need more like this!

Yes indeed, she's done it again. I know this one has been out for a bit, but today was my first time. LOVE IT!!! My muscles were worked HARD and I feel strong and energized. Thank you, Cathe! You've converted this former cardio addict into a weight training fan!

Muscle Endurance

This is an amazing full body workout! At 40 years old, I do this three times a week and then add 40 minutes of cardio after. In two months, I have reshaped my body, lost inches, have more strength, and the definition in my arms, legs and abs is incredible! It is a tough workout, but you can get through it and you will see results! Thank you Cathe!!!!!

Boot Camp is a workout that is sure to make you sweat! You get the best of both worlds, cardio and strength training. It is fun and tough! But I mustn't underestimate Muscle Endurance. This strength training workout will challenge you, and make you sweat.
