After the warmup, I did this entire workout on my Needak rebounder. I absolutely love this video as I got an excellent workout. Kick,Punch and Crunch is my favorite cardio workout by Cathe but this is next. It is high energy all the way through. The guys in the background aren't hard on the eyes either :). I am putting in her MMA kickboxing next.

What I want to know is who has been training Cathe? This is a kick- butt work out and the leader of the band is performing it very well. This is my fav so far. I have been kicking and punching for about 10 years and its hard for me to find a matial arts or boxing based program I think is the real deal. If you punch hard , dig in ,and keep up with Cathe you will burn the fuel .

great upper and core work

This one is great because of the upper body combos. The core work at the end is KILLER!!! The drills in between keep up your heart rate and really work your calves.
