This is one great workout! |

This workout is fantastic and contains so many cool moves. I really like the second routine.
My heart rate DID go up.
To people whining about it not being hard enough, did you and I do the same workout?
I gave it my all and the workout delivered!
I strongly recommend this workout - it is a very unique way of doing a martial arts workout. I will be enjoying this workout again and again!

Not Cardio Challenging |

I am a huge Cathe fan and have become accustomed to her "advanced" workouts. This DVD did not meet my expectations. It is fun; however, in my opinion not "Cathe style" cardio challenging.

I think that MMA Fusion is the most challenging out of all Cathe's MMA workouts. It is very different and incoporates many new moves. Combo #2 is my favorite, it is cardio intensive and fun to do. Good work Cathe and team!! I miss Jai. Where is she?!

Good overall workout |

I'm not a big fan of kickboxing, but I was intrigued by the description on this one (and I love pretty much all Cathe workouts). This is different from Cathe's other kickbox workouts in that it incorporates more athletic/dance type moves. I really like it.

tuff stuff |

This is a great overall cardio. You will feel it everywhere, esp. core. Combo #2 is tuff and will take some time to get. But Cathe is right, just keep at it and keep your core turned on!!!
