I have gotten a lot of use out of these since I got them. Anytime a weight video has something like an incline chest press or incline flyes, I get these set up and they make a big difference. They are stable, which is much better than trying to stack up regular risers at a slant; the regular risers tend to move around. The stability of these makes it possible to focus on the exercise and work harder.

The Slant Risers are a great addition to the step. 6 inches high and 2 inches on the low end . I did the cardio the day I recived them, excellent cueing from the tranners, I sure could feel it in the back of my thighs and glutes. I hope you make more work outs for cardio it's a nice change. Today I did the strength traning on the DVD excellent cueing. Over all : I highly recommend The Slant Risers
