A steady state workout that's fun! |

I have done Cathe workouts for years and I love the variety. My only problem with many of her workouts is they invariably have several "high intensity blast" sections. While I understand the benefit of these, sometimes I would like a workout that maintains my heart rate throughout. This one does, and it combines many moves I've seen and some I haven't in new and interesting way. It will take a while to get the choreography down, but once I do, this will be a workout I'll use again and again. My favorite Cathe step workout so far!

I own many of Cathe videos. The steps on this one are challenging and lot of fun. It is not way too difficult, but it takes about 3-4 times practice to learn the entire routine. It is not hard on the muscles like some of Cathe videos, but you sweat a lot. I am using this video those days when my muscles are sore and I want to take a break from the hard core workout. Keep the good work Cathe!!!!

Gets you moving |

The first couple of times I did this workout, I was mildly frustrated and didn't feel like I got a good workout. That's because it's a little more dancy than other cardio DVDs from Cathe. But by the 3rd and 4th time, I loved it. The steps are really fun and once you get them, the sweat meter climbs. Plus the different moves keep your mind engaged and your body moving. And the "dancy" factor is pretty mild. Cathe breaks down the moves in classic fashion and constantly assures you not to freak out, that you'll get the moves in no time. I really recommend this workout for folks bored with basic step moves.

Love it! |

Wow! I was looking for a challenge and I got it. It took me a couple of times to get this routine down. Now I can do it without thinking too much. I love the combos and the fact that there isn't a lot of jumping up and down but I still work up a good sweat!
