Power Max
PowerMax is regarded by most of our customers as one of Cathe's best step videos! This workout is another advanced 64 minute killer workout packed with tons of new choreography. We feel that PowerMax contains some of the most creative and challenging choreography that Cathe has ever done! Some of the featured moves in this video include the drop squat, the 360 and the pendulum across. But its not only the new moves that make this video special�its also Cathe�s unique ability and cueing that seems to naturally make all the choreography flow together.
Step Fit
In Step Fit, Cathe continues her tradition of making the absolute best advanced step videos in the world! This is another all step video and is similar in intensity to all the other advanced step videos that Cathe is so famous for. This 71 minute workout is guaranteed to kick your heart rate into high gear and to make you sweat like never before. Some featured moves in this video, include: * The Flying Angels * Power Scissors * Cathe�s own version of a Macarena cool-down And because so many of you have asked for it, Cathe has included an extra long (8 min) stretch at the end of this grueling workout.
Step Works
Step Works is the typical advanced-all-step- workout that Cathe is so famous for. If you are looking for new, fun and challenging choreography... you will love this video. Step Works starts with an upbeat mini step warm-up complete with stretches to prepare you for the workout. Segment One moves quickly with a medley mix of familiar moves used from previous videos but rearranged in new patterns to give them a refreshing twist. Segment two and three both contain new cutting edge choreography. Each of these segments feature a more complex combination followed by a basic power combination to keep both the interest level and the heart rate elevated. The step cooldown is more dance/funk oriented. It is thoroughly broken down for you to have fun with. The workout concludes with soothing hit music to let your mind and body free itself of all tension.

I recently purchased Cardio Hits to find some classic Cathe steady state cardio step. It had been several years since I had done these workouts (originally on VCR) and the memories of the fun and sweat came rushing back. I find all three of these step routines challenging and a ton of fun! Becaause of the emergence of the IMAXes you may think these are not tough workouts...but don't be fooled. This is the hallmark of Cathe's reign in the step world. In fact, I found I was quite sore in the days following using the 8" step height in Step Max. I burned serious calories in these routines all while having fun.
