Please Note:

We can
only replace defective videos and DVDs
that were purchased directly from us. If
you purchased one of our videos from a
store or a distributor please contact
them for a video replacement.

Since
our product can easily be duplicated we
do not accept returns and all sales are
final. However, we will replace any
defective video, at no cost to you, for
up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
DVDs are guaranteed for life for the
original purchaser. No replacements will
made for videos or DVDs unless they were
purchased directly from us.

DVDs or videos ship within 1 business
day of your order being placed. You may
cancel any order up and until the time
it ships.
