I've been doing Bodymax on and off for years and I still find it to be one of the most fun, invogorating and challenging step classes around - probably because the tempo on the step portion is quite speedy. The workout in its entirety is intense and LONG. I love to break it up and create my own custom sessions using either the step and/or circuit part.
But one of my all-time favorites is MIS (Maximum Intensity Strength). It's a perfect way to lay a foundation of overall strength and it, too, can be easily broken into sections. Right now, I'm doing a 6 day a week rotation and I use the MIS legs as part of one day.
Power Hour is tough but it also cruises by fast because it continuously moves and it's choreographed to great music. By the time you realize just how cooked you are, it's over! But you will definitely feel it in all the right places later. ;)

These are older tapes bundled together. Excellent for a change of workout. Powerhour good killer on legs. MIS allover and Max covers the whole body. Maybe a bit older but they sure work.

A perfect mix for all weightlifting divas. Breakdown segments using mix and match or do the entire workout for endurance and strength. Perfectly chaptered to skip ahead or go back. Create your own workout with a mix of weights and cardio and killer ab routines.
