Gym Style: Back, Shoulders and Biceps is approximately 62 minutes in length. You will work with a variety of rep patterns and always in a controlled manner. Most of the rep speeds are a 2/2 count or slower (and only faster when it suits the specific exercise). The rests between the exercises are moderate. You will love how the band exercises bring the muscle group to total exhaustion wherever included. Though viewing a list of exercises may appear standard, you will love the challenge this workout delivers. Here is the breakdown.

Plateau Busting January 28, 2008

After having a second child, getting into the gym was exponentially more difficult; I decided to give the gym style series a try. WOW - what a plateau buster!  All three really broke me out of the rut and helped me drop the baby weight.  I love the upper body focus in the series, Cathe really shows how to build muscle, not just tone.  It's a fast enough pace to stay challenged, but not so fast that you can't exercise with good form.  If you're looking to get stronger, Cathe can get you on target.

The Gym Style series is an excellent strength/muscle-building series.  With this DVD, the chest, shoulders and biceps are worked to the max, then taken even further with the use of a resistance band.


A top quality workout which gives results quickly!

All the Gym Style series are great for muscle building. I own all of them!!! They're great. I noticed my biceps are bigger, and I have a complete V shape in my back!! Great workouts

I have all 3 Gym Style DVDs. Back, Shoulders, and Biceps, Chest and Triceps, and Legs. I have been doing them faithfully for about 6 weeks and my overall body has changed. My huge legs are now smaller and toned. My flabby arms are now showing definition. I never thought my body could look like this. I have taken off about 7 pounds. I also have Core max and IMAX 3. A complete workout for the week. A GREAT investment
