Side Note: You may feel after reading the line up that these exercises are similar to other high step workouts you have done. It is the exercise sequence and the varied equipment changes that give this workouts its unique challenge You will need a high step, an adjustable barbell, various weighted dumbbells, and a medium tension resistance band to do this workout.

Music is by Big Beat/BK Howe and is an upbeat mix of mostly recognizeable, vocal, and instrumental music.

Clothing is by "Kos USA" and "Oh My Bod".

This is one of my faves. Very good intense workout.  Challenging, but not impossible. Easy to follow routine great for all levels.

Could this be what the Firm was always missing?  Although this workout contained all the toughness of a traditional Cathe workout, the flavor reminded me of a good old fashioned Firm classic.  The cardio sections were tough enough to get my heart rate up there, yet the chereography very basic and the weight work kicked my butt.  It also a wonderful thing when you can love a workout the first time through :)

For those of you looking for a circuit challenge using the high step, check out this fun workout. High Step Challenge incorporates great music and a non-stop routine that combines cardio, lower body and upper body exercises. Don't be fooled by the resistance bands....if you use them correctly you are going to burn the next day! I found this workout to be the perfect "change up" in my routine for busting through a plateau. Think you're strong? Try doing the side lying tricep push-ups! A must DVD for your workout collection.
