Great Fun |

This was the first Cathe DVD I did, and I just did a shorter premix, but had a great time - it took me back to my Taekwondo days! I'm really excited to do the whole workout, and the only reason I gave this 4/5 stars was I didn't love the leg conditioning drills...don't get me wrong - they were effective! I just prefer the actually kickboxing style part of the workout :)

Money Well Spent... |

I gave this video four stars only because I love Kick, Punch and Crunch so much and would give that dvd 20 stars if I could. This routine however is every bit as good. Cathe has some great punching/kicking combinations that get you pumped and into a good sweat. The blast are just right as she mixes higher and lower impact into the sequence ( you can make them all low if you like with modifications). I love the leg sculpting segment. It was like being in my childhood ballet classes . My legs burned in a good way and my tush is becoming more lifted. I also feel it in my core, back and arms when I'm done . Cathe's kickboxing technique has come a long way since Cardio Kicks and I am very grateful.

Cathe: What a great workout,I have 35 other dvds from various people. Your workouts are great i thought tae bo was tough. Yours is the toughest I have ever done. i will buy more of you dvds and replacing the weaker ones.

I didn't think this was so tough. I thought it was just the right intensity. Good sweat, easy to follow routine.

I have been working out with Cathe for 2 years now and I own many of her toughest videos. Kick Max was the hardest workout I have ever come across. What is most encouraging is the fact that I could not walk very well for 3 days after it!!! I had no idea how much it worked until waking up the next day. I know this is one that is really going to get me into a bikini!
